Silent Night - Bishop Auckland Town Hall

Our beautiful Town Hall in Bishop Auckland, blanketed in snow, all quiet and rested after a busy day.  Designed in the Gothic Revival style and opened 28 October 1862.  Unbelievably condemned for demolition in the 1980s!  But saved by a local campaign and restored to its glory in the 1990s.  It's a very classy building.
