Canney Memories - The Sportsman Pub, Canney Hill, Bishop Auckland

A personal favourite of ours, and meaningful to us and many many others in lots of ways. If you know you know.  The warmth and camaraderie received in this pub was second to none in its heyday.  Buzzing with people, fabulous food and an amazing jukebox.  Very much missed but will stand like a beacon of light to all who remember it.  Wish the younger generation could have experienced this.
